This course is designed for water and wastewater utility personnel and focuses on practical preparation and response to active shooter and workplace violence incidents. Topics include situational awareness, recognizing warning signs, response options during an active threat, communication and emergency coordination, and post-incident considerations.

Washington Operator Training – SVA-101 + SVA-102
This live-online training combines SVA-101 and SVA-102 into one Washington-approved operator training program. The course introduces practical applications of artificial intelligence and machine learning in water and wastewater operations, followed by the SCADA fundamentals that provide the operational data foundation for data-driven decision-making and AI. Operators must complete the full combined training to receive credit.
